Esan is the term that describes Thais from the Northeast region of Thailand,
Thais have close connections to Laos in this area and this is reflected in the food. E-San's three local restaurants are all owned and staffed by members
of the Pathammavong family who were raised and trained in the their native land
before coming to America.
The Kenton Location is Owned and managed by Tyler Pathammavong with his wife
Leng as head chief. The food they serve is truly exceptional and is reflected
